It is great to get out of the city from time to time and last years Trench party was so much fun I am honoured to be asked to play again.
TRENCH is held on a private property in a pristine forest in the Southern Highlands, near Bungonia National Park NSW. It is well worth making the effort to go and enjoy the wilderness with like minded people enjoying some deep techno and experimental sounds for the whole weekend with a solid lineup of some of Sydneys best DJ's Check out the last Trench podcast / radio show from Drox (1st 1/2) & Jansen Brown ahead of the party. I am very excited to be playing in the Electro room next weekend at Nightime Drama's Electro x Techno party with Cristian Vance Live.. Nightime Drama have already been pretty busy this year with Luke Hess headlining our event at the Sly Fox and of course the new release from Trinity & Steven Tang who's ‘Adrifting Voyage’ EP has been rinsed globally by everyone from Fred P to Steffi.  I am really excited to play alongside such a solid group of diverse DJ's, if your in Sydney do try and make it along, the venue will be boosted with extra sound in both rooms along with some excellent live acts (Trinity, Analogue Resistance & Simon Mann) putting together new material just for this gig..  I have no doubt that Dave Stewart, Oscar Mike, Kato, Lazy Susan & Katia Avorodis will be bring their A game as well.

Drox's music can be described as heavily influenced by electro and indeed, electro past and present in all it's forms is one of his primary inspirations. But that is only one part of the picture. Techno, house, dub, ambient, experimental and all manor of deep experimental music are integral to his sound, and it's not easy to file him under any one genre or any one style or mode of production.
